2. Subscription and Payments

Our service is available through different subscription plans. When you choose a plan, you agree to pay the required fees in advance as shown on our pricing page. All payments are handled securely by trusted partners like Razorpay, and we do not store any of your sensitive financial details. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to keep the service running without interruption. If you do not want it to renew, you can cancel anytime through your bank account settings to stop future payments.

3. Service Delivery Policy

I’m Clinic is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, and all services are provided online. Once your subscription payment is successfully completed, you immediately get access to all the features included in your selected plan. Since the product is completely digital, no physical items are shipped, and shipping-related policies or timelines do not apply.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your account password safe, and use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with medical regulations and professional ethics. You also acknowledge that the clinical features of this Service are meant only for certified and licensed medical practitioners.

5. Disclaimer of Liability and Medical Responsibility

The I'm Clinic platform is an assistive tool designed to support, streamline, and enhance clinical workflows. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

You, as the licensed medical professional, are solely and ultimately responsible for all patient care, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions. I'm Health disclaims all liability for any clinical outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time. For information on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
